Appearance
Rather unlike the rest of his family as well as extended family, Niccolo isn’t all that tall. Possibly because of his Italian heritage Nico only stands at about 5’10½ which is somewhat above average for an Italian, but only half an inch taller than most of the female members of his family and a few inches shorter than his male family members. His half Italian heritage also played a heavy roll in the rest of his appearance. Much like his mother, Niccolo has beautiful olive skin, dark brown hair and rich mahogany eyes. His good looks have often gotten him a great deal of female attention.


Personality
Nico can come off as arrogant, uncaring and a fair bit shallow but in reality he is none of those. While Nico takes great pride in his looks and body he is also fairly insecure about his height especially when he is around his family, while he knows that his family doesn’t mean to tease in a mean way it still gets under his skin fairly often. Despite their well meaning teasing and frequent jabs at his choice in lifestyle, Nico loves his family and friends fiercely and would do anything to protect them and ensure their happiness. Even though he developed the bad habit of bouncing from beautiful woman to beautiful woman and having no involvement with them afterwards, he was never harsh with them and as gentlemanly as one could be in those sorts of encounters. If ever someone Niccolo cared for was ever in need of help, he would jump at the chance to do everything he could do to assist them whether it interfered with his own plans or not.


History
Niccolo was third child born to Regulus Black and Catarina Marino. His twin elder sisters were born before their father had even gotten through his second year and Nico came along before Regulus had gotten through his third. Catarina was twenty at the birth of Nico, who ended up being the last child of the pair. Despite Regulus being in school, the young father spent every moment of time with his children and Catarina that he could. Having become the favorite son in his parents’ eyes Regulus often spend large portions of the summer and winter holidays in Italy with Cat and his children. He didn’t tell his parents about his children, but they were pleased by his interest in Catarina as she came from a wealthy pureblood family. Reg was fairly certain that if his parents were away of how Cat’s family actually behaved then they wouldn’t be so keen, but the lies gave him the chance to spend with his family, Nico in particular. Regulus had high hopes that he could raise his son as he wish that his own parents had raised himself and his brother. He didn’t want his children to grow up thinking that they was only one way of doing things and only one right way of thinking. Unfortunately, Regulus died when Nico was only four, thus putting a premature end to the hopes the young couple had for their life together and their life with their children. Much as Regulus had feared, his mother turned her rage at the loss of her son towards Catarina and believed that she was the cause for Regulus’ death. Within a few years of losing his father, Nico also lost his mother at the hands of his grandmother.

After Catarina’s murder, her mother took in the three orphaned children and raised them as her own, often showing them pictures of Cat and Regulus. Nico found it strange to be without his sisters when they left for Hogwarts, but he took to following around male family members and learning a fair bit about vehicles and how to fix the, learning he continued during breaks from school. Nico was sorted in to Gryffindor as his sisters had been, and their uncle had been as well. Nico bonded with a few people, a cousin in Slytherin and a few distant cousins that were scattered in the other houses. One person in particular that he formed a close bond with was a girl in Slytherin by the name of Delia Reece. His friendship with Delia gave him someone to spend time with instead of those he’d grown up with, which was quite a relief for Nico even if he did have a bit of a crush on her, keeping a picture of her next to his bed at home.

As the years progressed, things kept a relatively normal path for Nico. He’d spend his holidays in Italy and enjoy his school years spending time with Delia and his other friends. Things with Delia had the potential of turning in to a serious relationship, but no formal commitment was ever made. They’d hook up on occasion and held romantic feelings, but there was no commitment and his school years were the start of a long string of one night stands for Niccolo. After graduation Nico returned to Italy with most of his family. Kaitlyn was living in Ireland for her chosen career, but Bella worked in Italy and that was where most of the family was. While Nico made occasional visits back to England he remained in his well maintained comfort zone. He had moved back to his mother’s villa with Isabella with strict rule that he was not to be bringing any of his whores there, as Bella called them. Bella hadn’t needed to create the rule as Nico would never have considered defiling the home that had been meant for them all to grow up in as a family.

Unfortunately, as time passed Nico’s visits to England started dwindling off, especially after the return of Voldemort. Eventually though, Nico started returning to England again more frequently. With Bella deciding to quit her modeling job and move back to England full time, Nico also decided to get his own apartment there as well. Not too long after moving back to England, Nico decided to make a trip to Hogsmeade after Bella banned him from their apartment building. While in the village, Nico ran in to Delia in one of the shops which led to the pair spending more time together. After a run in with one of her worse mistakes which resulted in Nico beating the crap out of the boy for having the audacity to call Delia a whore, Nico decided to take Delia away for a little while. Nico took her to his mother’s villa in Italy. While the pair was back to how they had been, neither one had really given up on sleeping around. After Nico made the mistake of hooking up with a girl that turned out to be a death eater, Nico decided that it was high time to slow down before things ended badly. He went to Delia for someone to talk to that wouldn’t judge him only to find out that she was having a similar issue, but hers was that she was potentially pregnant. Nico took it upon himself to weed through the possible father’s until it was just down to himself. To his great surprise, the idea of having a child with Delia didn’t terrify him. He took care of getting an appointment for her so that they could find out whether or not she was pregnant, resulting in a fairly certain negative result. After the chat he’d had with Delia’s mother, Nico was feeling guiltier than before for having left which seemed to have caused the downward spiral with Delia. He also felt extremely guilty because his family in Italy had been requesting his return for quite some time and he’d been making excuses in order to stay in England with Delia but they needed him back. Telling Delia that he had to go back and he wasn’t intending on taking her now that things were settled resulted in a fight and Nico eventually ended up giving in. He couldn’t risk leaving Delia on her own with all the problems that she was facing, even if it meant that he’d have to introduce her to his family. The trip to Italy turned out far better than Nico had initially thought. He finally convinced Delia to move in with him and to at least try and start her own store for her clothes, Delia had managed to convince him to start an auto shop as well. To top off the visit, it also resulted in a positive pregnancy with Delia, to which Nico was actually looking forward to.

Appearance
Reid is relatively taller, standing at 6’1, but he is also a bit on the gangly side. Reid doesn’t have much of a preference on how is brown hair looks, though he usually has it a bit on the longer side. Though he has glasses he doesn’t wear them often which shows off his light brown eyes as his glasses tend to be larger. On a normal day traces of stubble can be seen on Reid and while it will occasionally be thicker stubble, his facial hair is never a full out beard or mustache. His fashion sense is rather varied but most of his clothing is casual and profession style wears. He is particularly fond of vests, button up shirts and t-shirts with odd designs on them.


Personality
Reid has always been extremely intelligent person with a sharp wit. While he usually avoids conflict he fights back fiercely if backed in to a corner. He is always eager to expand his learning which has often conflicted with any social life as he’d sooner read books than get together with a group of people. Reid has an active sense of humor, feeling that if you should always try to find a reason to laugh or smile. He can come off as socially awkward and anti-social, an assumption stemmed from Reid spending his school years reading every book he could get his hands on. Regardless of anything else, he has a strong sense of family and a set of beliefs that he has yet to stray from.


History
The first years of Reid’s life went smoothly, but at the same time they were tumultuous. The first war against Voldemort was in full swing and Reid’s father was right in the middle of things as a member of the Order of the Phoenix. Not all that long before the end of the war, Benjy Fenwick was murdered and only pieces were ever found of him. Reid’s mother Diana took the death hard, often relying on family members to continue caring for Reid. After some time Diana was able to properly care for her son, often telling the young boy stories of his father, whom she had declared a hero. As the years passed, it became increasingly evident of how much intelligence Reid would possess. He read well above the typical levels and read anything and everything he could get his hands on. Diana often read books and poetry to her young son on top of the stories she told him from memory.

Reid was immediately sorted in to Ravenclaw upon his arrival at Hogwarts where he excelled in all of his classes. As years passed Reid found himself glad that his father wasn’t as well known from the war as the Prewetts had been because it kept him out of the spotlight as it were. It was enough of a chore for him to form close friendships with people without having people know of the circumstances of his father’s death. If they did in fact know then they didn’t give any sign of it to Reid. He felt bad for the Prewett group given that their father’s were so well known and their mothers were fairly well known as well. While Reid had a handful of friends, he avoided forming close friendships with any of the children of former Order members and it seemed to him that the others had the same idea. Reid figured that the lot of them all had their own back stories that needed dealing with and it was easiest to do when you weren’t close with the group of people with the same issues. During his school years, Diana developed several health problems, most of which were stemmed from Reid being away most of the year.

After graduation, Reid continued learning from everything he could get his hands on and often working on various research projects in both the wizarding and muggle communities. Diana was in and out of the hospital, causing Reid to feel guilty that he couldn’t do anything for her. This guilt caused Reid to further research cures and ways of helping various diseases. Upon the return of Voldemort, Reid had to decide whether to follow in his father’s footsteps and join the Order or stay out of things the best he could. Reid eventually came to the decision that with his intelligence and skills, he could best put them to use assisting the Order. He was hardly shocked that joining the Order had been the decision of most of the relatives of former members, especially those that had been killed in the line of duty. Despite the dangers he knew he’d end up facing, Reid was confident that he’d made the right decision.

Appearance
Bellatrix was described as a tall, beautiful woman with long, thick, shining black hair. She had thin lips, dark, heavy-lidded eyes, and a strong jaw. She had the classic 'great good looks' and arrogant bearing common for members of the House of Black, but like her cousin Sirius, time in Azkaban took a toll on her appearance. After her lengthy imprisonment, she was described as having a gaunt and skull-like face, but managed to retain some vestige of her great beauty. Bellatrix was noted to physically resemble her sister Andromeda, as Harry mistook Andromeda for Bellatrix on one occasion. Also, Harry noted that as much as Narcissa is fair as Bellatrix is dark, the two sisters still resembled each other.

Personality
Bellatrix was little more than a complete psychopath and was just as merciless and sadistic as Lord Voldemort himself. She was an intensely sadistic witch, who, at certain points, seemed mentally unbalanced; for instance, she once killed a fox because she was paranoid it might have been an Auror. Bellatrix was intelligent, but could be easily distracted, and had a fierce and dangerous temper, a trait that she shared with her cousin Sirius and her aunt Walburga.
She was highly devoted to Voldemort, believing that she proved her loyalty by her time in Azkaban, which seems to have furthered her mental decline. She was one of Voldemort's most trusted and loyal followers, as well as one of his cruellest Death Eaters, always eager to inflict the Cruciatus Curse on enemies; Albus Dumbledore once noted that she liked "to play with her food before she eats it." Harry Potter noted that Bellatrix was as "mad as her master." Bellatrix was a steadfast believer in the supremacy of blood purity, as was taught to her by her family, and seemed particularly eager to kill her own relatives if they violated this ideology.

Aside from all "blood traitors," half-bloods, Muggle-borns, and Muggles, Bellatrix also treated people below her as scum. Born in the aristocratic House of Black, Bellatrix was heavily spoiled into thinking being born a Black means not only to cherish her blood purity to the fullest, but it also made her practically royalty. In one of her deranged tantrums, Bellatrix was screaming at her youngest sister and nephew, despite usually getting along well with them.

Despite her sadistic personality, Bellatrix was not incapable of feeling affection for others and appeared to care about her younger sister Narcissa, following her to Severus Snape's house, when Narcissa went to beg Snape to help her son. She was also in love with her master, Lord Voldemort, though he, being incapable of love, did not return her feelings. However, she was quick to turn on family members who were considered "blood traitors", such as her sister Andromeda, and her cousin Sirius. Bellatrix was arrogant and very confident in her abilities but this often caused her to underestimate her opponents.

History
Bellatrix was born in 1951 to Cygnus and Druella Black, who raised her to prize her pure-blood heritage. She was the eldest sister to Andromeda and Narcissa, though Bellatrix cut off contact with the former when Andromeda married Muggle-born wizard Ted Tonks and was disowned. Bellatrix also held her cousin Sirius Black in contempt for being a Gryffindor and a "blood traitor".

Bellatrix came from the elite Black family, and as such she was given a privileged lifestyle. Bellatrix attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into Slytherin House. She eventually married Rodolphus Lestrange - a fellow pure-blood, as was expected of her - and when Lord Voldemort first rose to power, she and her husband joined the Death Eaters. Unlike her sisters, Bellatrix displayed no outward affection for her husband whatsoever, never even mentioning him in conversation. Her true love was Voldemort, who gave her some training in the Dark Arts, which contributed to her incredible talent as a duelist.

Near the start of the First Wizarding War, Bellatrix found herself pregnant after a shameful one night stand. She hid her pregnancy and once her daughter was born she sent her away to live with other family. Shortly after, Rodolphus Lestrange (who was currently unaware of Bellatrix's indecency) managed to convince Bellatrix into marriage. She married him only to with hold her family's tradition of marrying respectable pure-bloods. Together, she and her husband Rodolphus both fought for Voldemort as two of his Death Eaters during the First Wizarding War, and remained loyal to Voldemort throughout the war and even after he had fallen.

After the Dark Lord's fall, Bellatrix and a group of Death Eaters, including her husband, brother-in-law, and Barty Crouch Jr., captured Aurors and Order of the Phoenix members Alice and Frank Longbottom, new parents to Neville Longbottom. Bellatrix and her associates used the Cruciatus Curse to torture them to insanity, a crime for which they were tried before the Wizengamot, and sentenced to life imprisonment in Azkaban. As a result of their torture, Alice and Frank spent the rest of their lives at St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, unaware they even had a son together.

Unlike many other Death Eaters, Bellatrix did not attempt to lie about her loyalty - she proudly proclaimed that she was loyal to the Dark Lord and that she would wait for his return. Indeed, Bellatrix was so proud of her loyalty to the Dark Lord that, during her trial before the Wizengamot, she was said to have sat upon the chair she was chained to as if it were a throne. She would later describe herself as his "most loyal servant" and even Lord Voldemort, whom Bellatrix admired most of all, gained a considerable deal of respect for her.

When Lord Voldemort returned to power, he stated that the Lestranges were among the most faithful members of his inner circle. In January of the following year, Bellatrix was one of the many Death Eaters who escaped from Azkaban and rejoined Voldemort when the Dementors defected to the Dark Lord. As a result, Bellatrix became a fugitive, and lived in danger of the Ministry re-instating her imprisonment if she was ever to be captured.

Personality
Spencer is in love with the idea of being in love but has found it difficult to develop a strong relationship despite the number of girlfriends he’s had in the past. When he loves someone and cares about them he will do whatever is necessary to please them. He can be very kind, but sometimes lets his emotions get the best of him. Spencer is extremely brave and loves the sense of adventure and danger, spending a great amount of his time outside. However with recent events, the once friendly and kind side of Spencer has turned into something much more dark and vengeful.

History
Spencer grew up living with his parents Teresa and Alexander, a couple who made intents to raise their child into a loving household. Despite the family’s wealth, Spencer’s parents raised their son with manners and knowledge to carry him through school and potentially the rest of his life. When Teresa and Alexander’s second child Benjamin was born, they had hoped to teach this son the same. However, Ben proved to be more difficult to deal with. Despite Ben’s worst moments, both parents and Spencer did nothing but care for him and while Spencer may not have always outwardly showed it, he truly did love his younger brother.

At Hogwarts, Spencer was sorted into Gryffindor. When not doing homework or studies, he spent much of his time lying around outside or in a tree. During his time outside and sometime throughout his second year, he spotted a younger blonde girl a year below him. Spencer found himself quite stricken with her, but never made much of an effort to get in contact with her. Instead, he’d watch her when she was near hoping one day to gather the nerve to speak a few words. Later on, Spencer became a Prefect his fifth year and quite enjoyed the added responsibilities. Two years later he became Head Boy, but lost the privilege after a long string of occurrences surrounding Kerri Barre and her friends. Spencer ended up spending a short amount of time away from school before returning where he once again tried his best with blonde girl Kerri. Things never quite managed to go his way and it all eventually escalated to point of near murder.

After a night of drinking, Spencer made a choice in extremely poor judgment that ended in him dragging the center of his affection out to Shrieking Shack. Unfortunately, he remembers very little except attempting to spew out his feelings and taking a few hits from the girl and her close friend. Some unbeknownst amount of time later, Spencer began to stir awake in an unbelievable amount of pain. Much to his luck, his younger brother arrived soon after in hopes of finding of corpse. While disappointed, Ben helped his brother out of Shack and towards help where Spencer spent a number of weeks recuperating both physically and mentally.

While he remembers very little about the night that sent him to the hospital, he recalls much of the events that lead him there. Since, Spencer has found himself trying to make sense of everything in his life. He’d gotten a commemorative tattoo of sorts along with following his brother to a few meetings with Dark Lord, someone he’s found a lot of interest in.

Personality
Caring very little of what others may think of her, Nikki is very outspoken and wild. She does things almost instinctively without much thought. She’s extremely daring and sometimes considered neurotic. On occasion she can get quite the temper and more often than not has the mouth of a sailor.

History
Nikki is the niece of Edgar Bones, her mother’s sister having married into the Bones family. While she herself was a muggleborn witch, her parents didn’t find it too unusual with the other witches and wizards in the newly extended family. Despite the differences she had with parents, they treated her no differently and instead took an embrace to their daughter’s uniqueness.

Once of age, Nikki was shipped off to school. At first she was unsure what to think, having spent very little time around people similar to her. Soon after being sorted into Gryffindor, she befriended a few students and most of her insecurities were gone. Throughout the years she became much more confident in herself and her abilities, letting very little stop her from doing what she pleased.

After graduation, she took an interest in the Order. Nikki wanted to get involved in something she new her family had strong feelings for and didn't want her abilities go to a complete waste like her parents wished.

Appearance
Mackenzie is of average height, about 5’4”, with a thin frame and long limbs. Truly, she’s lucky a gust of wind doesn’t knock her clean off her feet. But, what she lacks in construction she makes up for in the oozing amounts of confidence. Chin held high, nose in the air, and a walk that speaks for itself. While she is a natural blonde, she keeps her hair a dark black. She wears her hair long, mostly out of choice than for any other reason, and the razor straight cut nicely frame her oval face. Let’s face it; Mackenzie knows she’s attractive, and therefore she takes very good care of her appearance. Her lips are always coated with balm, to protect their blossomy color from being ruined, her fair skin lightly dusted with freckles is kept clear of blemishes, and she knows just the right way to bring out those hypnotic eyes of hers that are quite an attention-catcher. Mackenzie is quite excellent at conveying most of her thoughts through single looks, a trait that is both a blessing and a curse.

It’s not difficult to see that she has a taste for the finer things in life, so, the fact that she enjoys the best the world of fashion has to offer as well. She dresses in a style that is both original and trendy in the same instance, drawing her inspiration from highly popularized styles and adding her own twist that turns them into Mackenzie-Originals. She prefers dark and neutral colors above all, because they bring out her features best, but sometimes she’ll wear pastel shades to break away from the mundane. But essentially, she always looks her best, and rarely wears pants while doing it.

Personality
There are some people in the world that just fade into the background, never having any ambitions, and if they did, they never had the gumption to attempt to achieve them. But Mackenzie, oh Mackenzie, she was not one of these people in the slightest. Mackenzie was that one girl, the one that knew she was pretty and used it to her advantage, the one that could be your fiercest friend or your most destructive enemy, but not because of the power she had over others simply due to the way she looked. She had brains, an eye for faults, and that certain way of speaking that made people listen. And when she really wanted to do damage, she became one of the careful ones; the ones that didn’t lie, but didn’t tell the truth either. Vague as the day was long, but sly enough about it as not to arouse suspicion, to make any bit of information turn in her favor. And in the event someone became wary, she could just smooth it over with the most delicate comment.

But Mackenzie, like everyone, has their most undoing faults. Like sometimes, she just says what’s on her mind, regardless of how someone else would react, and the results are sometimes less than ideal. Unthinkably, she also doesn’t have a true friend; one that she can just talk to about anything and everything, a shoulder to cry on. She’s always the rock, the stony one with limited emotional output. One of the more devastating things of everything is how dearly she cares for her siblings; especially little Laure. And deep, deep down, she hates herself for many things; most of being centered around the fact that she could support the harm brought upon so many people, wizard, squib or muggle; pure-blood, half-blood or mudblood. But, she could never possibly tell anyone this. She'd be killed. Or worse, she'd lose the love of her family. So, it's often she finds herself in a predicament; heart or mind? And unfortunately, Mackenzie is prone to listening to her mind over her heart.

On her father’s side, the long-lost surname Vasile is definitely the most influential; while on her mother’s side, the inventor of the Sneakoscope and Foe-Glass, Edgar Stroulger, is the family celebrity. And if you ask, Mackenzie would gladly tell you all about her family history dating back to nearly the dawn of the wizarding world. And like many of her ancestors, Mackenzie is determined to prove herself worthy of something notable. Regardless of the ‘rumors’ of her parents, and occasionally herself, being Death Eaters.

Born on the 23rd of November, Mackenzie Echo Vasile would become the first of three Vasile children to carry on their father’s legacy at Hogwarts. In her early childhood, Lolette insisted in homeschooling Mackenzie (and eventually Cole and Laure as well) and at that time began introducing her to small bits of magic alongside her mathematical, geographical, and grammar studies. She is easily one of the most spoiled children to traipse through Howarts’ halls. When Mackenzie wasn’t learning at home, she was meandering around Diagon Alley and the surrounding area with her mother, absorbing the culture around her and becoming one with it. Along with securing something new on every trip. Therefore, when she received her acceptance letter to Hogwarts on her 11th birthday, Mackenzie had no trouble separating from her parents and heading off to receive her magical education. And of course, her Slytherin alumni family was proud to have her join in their ranks. She spent most of her schooling years causing bits of trouble when she could and establishing herself as a juggernaut force to prevent anyone from threatening her high social ranking. A few of her later years were also spent operating with the Slytherin Quidditch team.

And now, Mackenzie is free from school and is training intensely to become an Auror. Not that her family and priorities as a Death Eater don't come first.

Roleplaying Sample
Mackenzie never thought that at some point in her life she would come to hate any name more than that of Argus Filch. However, Cuthbert Leavey was rising higher and higher on the list. He was a tall man with a stocky build, deep set brown eyes, and dark hair flecked with gray, and was in charge of educating Aurors-in-training on the fine points of the new & revised wizarding law. He wasn't a cruel man, but, he frequently went out of his way to humiliate those he was instructing. It vaguely reminded her of the fashion in which Professor Snape would act toward any non-Slytherin student. But now, Mackenzie had drawn the short straw for once in her life, because Leavey didn't pick and choose. She took a moment to gaze around at the 16 other people in the room, only 5 of which were also female. Only half of those present appeared to be actively listening, and of the half who were not paying attention, four of them were sleeping quietly on their desktops.

It was not but her first year of training, and from what she gathered, most of the year was spent on theoretics and book work. Not until her second, and hopefully final, year would any true amount of practice take place. Mackenzie returned her gaze to find Leavey exactly as she'd left him, standing board straight and staring at the book in his hands as he read from his copy of Ministry Regulations & Law, essentially reciting the book they were all in possession of, aloud. Finally, he seemed to come to the realization that he’d continued for an additional fifteen minutes past his original hour and a half class period and after snapping the book held in his stubby hands closed, he informed them in his bull-frog tone that their session was over and he expected them to read the next section on underage magic for the next day. Mackenzie gathered her booklets and quills, and after transfiguring them into small slips of paper, put them in her pocket. She got lightly to her feet and without a second glance at the instructor or her ‘classmates’ heading from the small room at the back end of the first floor of the Ministry building.

The hallway leading to the broom closet sized room they were forced into for nearly two hours a day was a direct feed to the main room of the Ministry, with its grand marble fountains, offices stacked high like small apartments, and main hallway lined on both sides with fireplaces connected directly to the Floo network. As it always seemed to be, the entire floor was bustling with both ministry and non-ministry witches and wizards, along with a small amount of owl traffic near the ceiling, and the occasional odd noise from who knows what, probably being brought to separate departments within the building itself. Mackenzie stalked her way through the crowded area, her clicking stilettos muffled slightly by the large amount of foot traffic going on either side of her. She bypassed the fireplaces and once she had enough space, spun lightly on the spot and disappeared from sight with only a small amount of light gray dust erupting from where she once stood. She had other things to attend to, of course.

Arriving with a small gust of wind just in front of Eeylops Owl Emporium, Mackenzie pulled the hood of her silver buttoned cloak up over her head and set off along the once vibrant Diagon Alley. New anti-half-blood and anti-mudblood degrees were found hung in several shop windows, and as she reached Gringotts', she paused a moment before turning down Knockturn Alley. There was little distinction anymore between Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley, as both were bleak and gave the appearance of poverty and ill-being. However, Mackenzie knew well of the gem that lay hidden in Knockturn Alley, and soon, without hesitation, she entered Borgin & Burkes. It was Coles birthday tomorrow, and knowing of her little brother's mean streak, figured she could find something the little devil-child would enjoy within the shop’s boisterous amount of less-than-innocent artifacts.

Perhaps that sniveling shopkeeper could point her in the right direction.

Appearance
Rodolphus proudly stands 6'6" above the ground - his height always making him stand out in a crowd ever since adolescence. Several years spent in Azkaban had erased all signs of the once healthy tan his skin possessed yet imprisonment hadn’t ruined his sinewy and well muscled built: with nothing but time on his hands the tall wizard forced himself to stay in shape instead of just sitting down in a corner of his dark cell. However, poor feeding had caused significant changes in his complexion and unlike in his youth he now appears as a slender man that at first sight represents no threat. True enough he can afford to eat properly nowadays but already used to the restricted portions he received in Azkaban his stomach cannot tolerate as much food as in the past. In fact he has trouble eating - feeling immediately nauseated and thus choosing to avoid meals as much as he can and when impossible to avoid he favors simple food. Olive green eyes, once filled with life, seem now empty and just on rare occasions actual emotion reaches them. He avoided madness but there is significant damage in the depths of his soul and it can be seen in his eyes when he let his guard down.

His hair is still of a dark-brown color but now some white has started to appear discreetly and unlike the old days it’s now short and off his face in a clean cut that not always matches his uneven stubble. Rodolphus’ aristocratic features are well defined and time and hardship hadn’t erased the old privileged good looks characteristic of those members of one of the oldest wizarding families now in the way to extinction. He’s still captivating in a dangerous way. Several scars, some earned during his eventful childhood and some during the first Wizarding War, adorn the pale skin with ease. In particular there is a large scar on the inside of his right arm and while only a thin white line remains he believes it never healed properly and there are certain days in which the pain returns. The Dark Mark is still burned deep into the flesh of his left inner forearm as a constant reminder of his inability to control his own life.

Personality
It was never easy to be the first born and heir to the family fortune, the constant weight on his shoulders forced him to become two different individuals: an actual human being with hopes and dreams and a solid block of thick ice that was everything a pureblood should had been. Traits of his second personality remain, such as his ability to express himself openly regardless of the opinions of those surrounding him, always making use of his sharp intelligence and the certainty that he is truly standing a step higher than everyone else, especially those with tainted blood. He is one of the last examples belonging to a breed of men that are not seen often nowadays. The first ones also remain but most of the time they are hidden beneath the second ones. Fifteen years in Azkaban made it all too simple as noble emotions, the most basic human ones, have no place in Hell. Men and women incapable of pushing their humanity aside had been drove into madness, Dementors often using their weaknesses against them and torturing them until nothing but emptiness and despair had been left inside them. It is difficult for Rodolphus to feel human again but he does make the attempt, at least he does allow himself to be vulnerable in the company of the woman he loves. Others are not so fortunate and at most can witness glimpses of his more noble emotions. It does not represent an inconvenient in all truth considering he never showed that side of him in public during his youth, his upbringing indicating that all positive emotion was a weakness. He does not believe it is true but at the same time he has no desire to change the opinion others have about him and perhaps it is for the best.

The apparent indifference and detachment from human emotion acts like a shield. He does not expect kindness and gentle words from the outside world. The rejection and fear that people still show at the mention of his name is to be expected. He knows and accepts that he made terrible choices in his youth and committed equally terrible crimes in the name of pureblood supremacy and the Dark Lord. Rodolphus owes no explanations to the world expect to a selected number of people. The several losses in his life had left him reluctant to accept new friendships and earning his trust is rather difficult if not almost impossible. Despite his perfect control, that still strikes as eerie sometimes, there are times in which Rodolphus suffers from sudden panic attacks that are triggered (most of the time) by repressed memories of his past. He does his best effort to control it but he does not always succeed. His emotions are strongly tied to his ability to perform magic and more than once he has lost control of the last one when suffering one of those episodes. Strong and proud he had not allowed the world to see him in such a state, trusting that in time he will be capable of controlling what he currently considers one of his biggest weaknesses. He indeed escaped madness but like mentioned before he was not immune to the horrors of Azkaban. After spending so long behind bars Rodolphus is still adjusting to the changes and he often feels confused and frustrated. He is still short-tempered and arrogant but not more than he used to and like most negative traits of his personality he has a better control of them when around those he cares for. He has no actual expectations from life but knows that he wants to change, that he wants to hold onto the promise he made years ago: to become a better man.

Rodolphus is still capable of compassion and despite what others might believe he does not share the ideals of his fellow Death Eaters and the Dark Lord. He never believed massive destruction and murder was the solution and more than once had wished he could have done things different. He feels remorse for the damage he caused and those he tortured and killed had not been forgotten, constant companions in his life until today. Even if sometimes the burden of his crimes becomes unbearable he prefers to feel the pain instead of not feeling anything at all. He still fights against his own rotten blood and refuses to become the man that gave him life. Of course he is just a human being and he cannot erase all the bad and evil that lurks inside him. Not just his education but the time he was in prison allowed him to gain more knowledge in the field of the Dark Arts than any other man of his age. He is still one of the best at performing the Imperious Curse and the absence of his wand (recovered recently) forced him to gain admirable skill in the field of wandless magic. With a background in dark magic Rodolphus finds hard to resist to new knowledge but unlike his Father he refuses to make guinea pigs out of innocent people. He does not want to fight anymore but he still has to pretend to be loyal to the cause though he is certain that if he had the chance to redeem himself he will take it without hesitation. In short there are no drastic changes to his persona and even if there is some damage that includes the loss of control and also the occasional terrifying sensation that the ghosts of his past are right beside him Rodolphus is one of the few that can claim to survive Azkaban with most of his faculties and humanity intact. He still can smile and laugh, generous and protective of those few he loves.

History
Rodolphus was the first born to Renault Lestrange and Rosemary Dolohov. His brother Rabastan was born only a year later and during their chaotic and difficult childhood the two of them became inseparable, a trait that continued during most of their adult life. Renault was a cruel, sadistic man who never allowed him to be the one to make his own choices in life and any attempt from his son to achieve some level of liberty was quickly ended with a rather constant display of violence, both mental and physical. Due to his father's nasty temper and lack of heart, Rodolphus assumed the role of protector inside his home and it wasn't unusual to see him wearing bruises and suffering the pain of broken bones when he opted to be Renault's punching bag in order to save both his younger brother and caring mother from the wizard’s wrath. His only comfort while growing up was the love his mother offered him and the support and friendship given to him by his two closest friends: Evan and Angelica Rosier. They, no luckier than him, became Rodolphus' main support and gave him the love and encouragement he needed to continue while he did the same for them in exchange.

Hogwarts became an escape from his father but if only momentary Rodolphus had to admit he spent the best years of his life behind the tall walls of the ancient castle. He was sorted into Slytherin and despite all managed to make good friends and have a comfortable life almost until the end of his seventh and final year at school when he could no longer avoid the future waiting for him.

As a young man, Rodolphus had been indoctrinated to despise everyone who was not a pure-blood but the truth was that despite believing he was indeed better than most he did not think they should be haunted and exterminated. He never wanted to be a loyal servant to the Dark Lord and always kept the foolish hope of finding a way to escape a horrible fate. Of course it never happened and Rodolphus not only joined the Death Eaters after graduation but also married the woman his father had chosen for him. His relationship with Bellatrix Black was unbearable since the beginning, neither showing interest nor desire to build a life together.

His only saving grace through the years took place when Rodolphus came to term with his feelings towards one of his oldest and most dear friends. The treatment Angelica put up with caused the young man realized his affection had just disguised his love towards her. Despite their chances of being together were close to zero, the two of them continued to fight against the obstacles. The forbidden affair gave them a son named Elian and for nearly a year Rodolphus had a taste of what true happiness was. Once things began to get to dangerous and Angelica feared not only for her well-being the well-being of their son, she moved away. Her family had disowned her and her only hopes for survival lied elsewhere. Until today, his memories of those days are the happiest he can remember.

The end of the war marked the end any hope to change. Rodolphus was arrested and taken to Azkaban to wait for trial and while he still believed he had a chance to escape a terrible sentence his expectations were once more destroyed. Bellatrix ruined all possibility of freedom when she chose to speak not just on her behalf but on behalf of both the Lestrange brothers, confessing not just their alliance to the Dark Lord but also several crimes that included the torture of Frank and Alice Longbottom. Rodolphus never hated Bellatrix more than he did the day he was sentenced to life imprisonment in Azkaban. With a pained heart and a broken soul the young wizard accepted his fate but his resignation was just momentary, still holding onto the hope of escaping prison. It was perhaps foolish but he was always a stubborn man and he was not going to give up when he had every reason to want to survive the despair and madness that waited for him.

Fifteen eternal years he survived in Azkaban until the chance to escape was presented to him. The Dark Lord had returned and he was calling for his Death Eaters; for the same men and women that once fought next to him. Rodolphus did not think about it twice and escaped when the until then impenetrable security was breached. He was glad he did not waste time all those years, wandless magic a wonderful addition to his old skills. The guards stood no chance as several of the most dangerous wizards and witches left their cells and walked towards freedom. But the breakout could not had been free of complications and thus at some point Aurors arrived to stop them... the fight ending with the already deteriorated life of his only brother. Rabastan was killed in the chaos of that night and several others were put behind bars once more. The loss was unbearable, another hole left in his soul as he left his brother’s lifeless form behind.

Once free Rodolphus went on his own and as far away from the delusional woman that helped to destroy his life so long ago. Despite the risk returning to the Lestrange Estate held, it was the first place he went. It wasn't somewhere he felt safe or below the radar, but it was somewhere he felt comfortable. A matter of weeks after his escape he was discovered though by some pure luck the Auror sent to investigate was more friend than foe. While she may have been sent out to arrest or kill him, she did neither and instead offered her help. She kept his whereabouts a secret, reporting that the estate remain abandoned.

The events that had taken place in the months after his escape changed his world. Even if confused and scared him, Rodolphus understood why he always felt that he had forgotten something important. Livvy helped him restored his memory and with that the missing pieces of his life fell into place. Nothing ever since then was simple but he chose to know the truth rather than continue to live in the darkness. It hurt to remember his son and realizing the boy probably resented him for his past decisions and the consequences that followed.

It wasn't until a short while later, and after the discovery that he had a niece, that Rodolphus learned his brother was in fact not dead. Voldemort had staged the death, waiting to reveal Rabastan's existence until the time was right. Rabastan was released in Rodolphus' care after being kept a secret for months during his recuperation. While happy to see his brother once again, he wasn't the happiest about how it happene. Rodolphus wasn't too sure what plan the Dark Lord had in mind, but he was sure it wasn't something he wanted to take part in.

Despite the difficulty, Rodolphus is trying to build a relationship with the woman he's recently come to love. It's not an easy task, but he's not the type to give up so easily. There is no actual relationship with Bellatrix, his wife on paper. In fact he doesn't see the woman unless required. He cannot make the divorce legal, for obvious reasons, but it's no secret that the marriage is nonexistent.

Rodolphus continues to live in hiding and serves the Dark Lord when required, but he is already considering the idea of never having to do it again. His desire to avoid returning to Azkaban and his dislike towards the new war have made him believe it's time for a change.

Roleplaying Sample
Dim light reflected the tall figure of Rodolphus Lestrange who was leaning against the old mahogany desk that once belonged to his father. He was dressed in black, one of those expensive tailored suits that screamed his pureblood lineage, and his shoulder length hair was combed to perfection and thus hardening his handsome features. Olive green eyes stared into the dancing flames with calm, perhaps lost in his thoughts. It was not strange to find him alone in the study but during the last week he had spent more time on his own that he realized. The war was becoming a heavy burden in his heart and for someone who was never an optimistic he had been fighting a constant battle against pessimism, holding onto the hope of achieving the life he wanted. Rodolphus needed to believe the brutal war will soon come to an end and that once he no longer needed to serve the Dark Lord he could start to live at last. It was all clear inside his head: he had total control of the Lestrange fortune and divorcing Bellatrix represented no actual problem. But he worried and with reason. The rumors were increasing inside the pureblood circles and fear was growing in their hearts as the Department of Magical Law Enforcement had started to investigate several of the most respected families in the Wizarding World. He believed his identity was still concealed but his father had not been so careful by the end of his eventful life. The connection could be made without effort and soon he could be facing trouble he did not foreseen. And he did not worry just for himself but for Rabastan, his behavior more erratic and unbalanced. He had always tried to protect him from all harm but so far Rodolphus believed his efforts had been a complete failure. Renault had been correct when he said all his sacrifice had been in vain... something he had not accepted until he found his mother dead and started to understand that something had changed inside his brother’s soul. Part of him could not judge him too hard, after all the suffering and murder of several innocent men and women was not something that they could just forget. Rodolphus struggled against it constantly and while it was tearing his soul apart he knew that the remorse he felt was a good sign, that he was not corrupted beyond salvation. He knew that the moment he no longer felt it he would had turned into the man he hated the most. If there was a God somewhere he hoped that his prayers reached him in order to avoid facing the terrifying realization that all humanity had abandoned him. He has disappointed several people already but he refused to disappoint himself.

With a sigh Rodolphus pushed himself of the desk and walked to the cabinet located in the far left end of the office. He needed to stop thinking so much or else he will start to panic. It seemed his brooding mood was starting to improve at the mere thought of his family when all the suddenly he was interrupted by a quiet knock on the heavy wooden door. Before there was an answer an old Elf stepped inside and with absolute calm addressed his Master in French, "Mr. Crouch Jr. is asking to see you, Master. He says it's urgent." Rodolphus set down the bottle of Firewhiskey he just picked up as he frowned... not sure of what the younger man needed at such a late hour. The last time he saw him was when he helped them torture Frank and Alice Longbottom into insanity, certainly not an episode that brought pleasant memories. "Send him in," he replied in French and then waited for his unexpected visitor. The man in question stepped inside the study and closed the door behind him a haste, running a hand through his hair and looking at Rodolphus with rare apprehension. “There's almost no time so I'll be brief," Those words put the tall wizard in state of alert and with a firm nod of his head he indicated him to proceed. The information that then reached his ears left Rodolphus without words... he opened his mouth to speak but no sound filled the air. Evan was not dead. It had to be a mistake, no doubt about it. "No," Barty insisted, holding the green gaze with stubbornness. "Listen to me, Rodolphus. My cousin is dead, I saw when it happened.” Rodolphus shook his head, still unable to accept such horrible truth. He started to walk to the door but found himself facing Barty once more, the man’s hand on his shoulder. "Believe me," he said with more urgency. "There's nothing you can do about it." He was not certain if the taller wizard was listening at him but he continued to inform him of the events that took place in the Estate: the murders of both Aurelia and Glorianna and the battle between the Aurors and Evan. Rodolphus just stared at him... more confused and unsure of how to feel. It was unreal... the pain in his heart unbearable as he tried to accept that Evan, his brother, was dead. It was not possible... they had always been there for each other. But not this time: he had died alone. It was unacceptable... he could not be dead. He could not have failed his best friend.

Still determined to find out what had happened he pulled away from Barty and once more headed toward the door but as he reached out for the handle another disturbing piece of information reached him. "You need to get out of here. Take Rabastan and Bellatrix with you. They are coming, Rodolphus. This' no joke either. Your name was next on the list." He froze, his heart almost stopped beating and even if he tried to breathe no air reached his lungs. He felt panic rising inside his chest as he realized his worst nightmare was now a reality. “There's no time, they are coming here as we speak. You must leave NOW." Rodolphus closed his eyes and collected himself, letting calm take over his troubled emotions, and only when certain he could talk without betraying his growing fear he turned around and face Barty. "Thank you," he said with eerie composure. "Go now, Barty. You can't be here. I'll make sure to leave before they break in." To his satisfaction the younger man nodded in agreement and proceeded to abandon the Lestrange Estate, his message delivered but his work had not yet ended as others needed to be warned. The moment Rodolphus was alone in the room his world started to spin around without control and like several times in the past objects in the study started to vibrate... indicating his emotions were all over the place and expressing themselves through magic. He walked to his desk and supported his weight on the edge, forcing himself to breathe and calm down. Evan was dead... and he was running out of time. Self control was incredibly difficult to achieve in that moment but he was stubborn and thus managed to stop the unwanted display of magic and called for the same elf that announced Barty's arrival. He urged him to warn his brother and Bellatrix, both currently in their rooms, but before he left Rodolphus handed the creature two sealed letters. Unlike Renault he did like to plan ahead and while he had hoped for a better outcome he had been also forced to consider all that could go wrong. One of the letters held instructions of what to do with the Estate and several other minor details that the creature will take care of, after all he was the oldest and most loyal elf. The second letter was to be delivered to France, to the lawyers. They might be fools sometimes but they were loyal fools at the end of the day. The creature looked solemnly at Rodolphus and bowed... letting him know he would not be disappointed.

Connor has an athletic, muscular and tall build. He surely does look strong enough to keep you in a respectable safe distance. He is tall, but not too slender - not because of lack of training, but because of muscles. He is well built. He has piercing, cold eyes that only warm up to persons close and dear to him. Eyes that hide his emotions very well - he's an actor, and so they hardly ever do betray his emotions, only when he wishes them to. All in all, he can appear to be intimidating when he chooses so, or he can appear to be harmless. He is in full control and awareness of his body and how his actions influence others, how they act upon others. He has pouty lips that, when pressed together tightly, make him look daunting. He currently keeps his blonde hair in an ordered mess, making him appear a tad wilder - this wild look is a current fancy of him.

Personality
Having two younger sisters, who furthermore are twins as well (which means constant trouble, according to Connor), caused Connor to be a very patient, calm and collected person. He always has a plan inside his head and is prepared for every eventuality. He is a very exact and strict person, valuing punctuality and propriety above everything, just as his grandparents Edward and Georgiana had taught him. Being raised as the next Twickenham heir (being the only male in his generation), he knows how to decently behave in company, treating other persons as equals, or higher, or lower. He has an air of authority about him that he loses at no time.

Then, there's a second side to him. A flirtatious, charming and beguiling one, which all not blood related women around him get to know quite well. Even Connor's good, platonic lady friends. He's a shameless flirt, it’s a hobby to him.

And his third and last personality facet, finally, is his darker side. Connor is a Death Eater, has been for half a year now. His darker side is very well developed. If Connor wants to, his otherwise oh so warm and kind appearance changes dramatically into an intimidating, threatening one. His green eyes would turn more to steel grey, giving him a cold, piercing glare. He is not to be underestimated. Every action of him is well thought of, well placed, an act. Even although he never lets his dark side slip and show when not supposed to, so not to reveal his real self, it still is seething and simmering right beyond the thin, kind and warm surface of him being a nice chap. Connor does not draw satisfaction or happiness out of torturing or killing. However, he doesn't have scruples to kill, hurt, murder, inflict pain of any kind if it serves a good and valuable cause for him. He is able to extinct a life without even one blink. He is dangerous.

Connor doesn’t have too many friends. Although he may be appraised as a popular guy, he chooses his friends very carefully and it takes a long process to gain his entire trust. His only one, closest of friends is Moritz Montaine. Only him does he trust entirely, unconditionally, among his circle of friends. He also is constantly testing his friends for their loyalty to him and his beliefs. So, making and keeping close friends is not too easy for him. However, once he has given his trust to a person, this person becomes as close to him as his family, or rather the inner circle of his family.

As for Connor's relationship to his family - he shows unconditional loyalty toward them and their cause. Fiona, his sister, is the closest person to him in his life. He keeps contact to him at all time, keeping her informed of the world outside of Hogwarts. When she’s at home at the Twickenham Manor, they sometimes have late night chats in one of their rooms, talking about anything they could think of. Entirely different is his relationship to his youngest sister, Fanny. She, he does not understand. She stood up for muggleborns and muggles, she befriended them, she could not and never will understand how all other Twickenhams could be so hostile, so cruel towards others. Connor and Fanny had not many things in common, and so he was unsure how to treat her. He loved her, just like he loved Fiona, but did not understand her and could not support what she supported, and the other way round neither. He feared she would fall due to her weakness, that she would be shunned from the family, thrown out. He feared she would not be able to take care of herself, for when she was shunned, she would be out of his own reach, too. He would not be able to take care of her. Fanny was Connor’s greatest weakness, he worried about her the most.

History
Connor wasn’t a planned child, no, not at all. His mother, Eleanor, had run away from her home, Twickenham Manor, away from the claws of her father, and away from the restrictive pureblood society her entire family lived in. She had run to London, to begin a new, independent life. But instead, she had gotten herself pregnant when she was twenty years old. Due to this pregnancy, she married the unborn baby's father, William Ashley, who was a muggle and had never before heard of magic before. Then, on the fourth of February, Connor was born. The two parents never have been happier.

Connor didn't remain an only child. When he was five years old, Eleanor gave birth to twin girls, Fiona and Fanny. Their birth was the peak of happiness, afterwards it only sunk lower and lower. Connor was sent to a muggle primary school. Eleanor had all hands full with work because of the twins and had become a housewife, whereas William was pushed into the role of having to provide for his family. All three of them – Fiona and Fanny still were too small to count at this point – were unhappy. And it became worse and worse, both parents being stressed out, they often let out their frustration on Connor, burdening him with responsibilities like watching after his little sisters – and that at the age of six.

It came a day when William left home for work, that Eleanor packed all their belongings. Not answering to Connor’s questions where they were going, she grabbed hold of all her children and the most valued possessions, pulled out her wand for the very first time in many years, almost a decade, and apparated them – home. To her old home. Twickenham Manor. Of course, Eleanor’s father Edward didn’t greet them with open arms. Eleanor had been a shunned family member, and of her children or her marriage no one in the family had known. It took not long to accept Connor, Fiona and Fanny to the family, but it took several years to forgive Eleanor. She had to redeem herself. She had to make up for letting her family down that way, she had to shut out all these years, all these muggles, and especially her husband.

At first, Connor and his sisters were allowed - but not encouraged - to see their father, about every two weeks for an afternoon. However, Connor became less and less enthusiastic of those meetings. Reason for this were Edward and Robert, his grandfather and uncle. Only looking back now does Connor realize their speeches about the inferiority of muggles, them being weak and worthless had influenced him in such a way. Connor did not blame them. In his opinion, they were right. Muggles were inferior, his father was weak, and with his seven years, Connor learned that his father was evil, too. Evil, brutal, immoral.

It had been Fiona who hadn't wanted to see William again. Connor had not understood why. It had been weeks later that he, unintentionally, witnessed something very similar to what Fiona had witnessed: Their father hitting their mother. Connor had sworn himself never to see his father again, never to write, speak or have any other form of contact to him. Like Fiona, he would stay home when Fanny would meet their father.

And then William died. In a car crash, that's what the children were told. Connor suspected otherwise, but never had any proof. He was not sad about his father’s death. In fact, he even was glad! That evil monster was dead! His mother was safe! She would not be harmed anymore! What was sad about an evil person dying? Of course, Fanny mourned for her father. She, ever being the most innocent one in the family, never knew what faults William had possessed. To her, he had been a hero. She had been the only one who openly mourned for him. She, and William’s parents and siblings, who despised the name of Twickenham from their son's death onward. Fanny started shutting herself away from the family after the funeral, keeping to herself, befriending strangers whom the whole Twickenham family disapproved of, because they were inferior to the family’s standards – they were muggleborn, or even worse, muggles. But this process of Fanny’' development was unstoppable. Connor remembered how often he had tried to talk to her, to get her out of her solitude. But it was uneffective. She wouldn’t react to any of his many tries. He was talking to shut ears.

Connor had been taken out of the muggle primary school the moment he moved into Twickenham Manor. He then was home schooled – by his grandmother, Georgiana, who had been a teacher some years earlier. When he was eleven years old, he was, of course, accepted to Hogwarts. He was sorted into Slytherin, again of course – Slytherin was considered the family house of the Twickenhams. Even when at Hogwarts, Connor never lost contact to his family. He took especially good care of keeping up the contact to Fiona. He would write her a hundred letters each month, having to use school owls for his own owl soon was too worn out to carry any more. His one reason to converse with Fiona was to make sure she would stay the Twickenham way, unlike Fanny. His other was that he felt very protective over her, even more than over Fanny. He wanted to keep an eye over to her. This letter exchange kept up for many years, being stopped when Fiona and Fanny entered Hogwarts themselves four years later (Fiona being sorted into Slytherin, Fanny into Ravenclaw), but was restarted after his own graduation.

When he graduated, Connor went on a long trip, from country to country, all around the world, together with his best friend, Moritz Montaine. He travelled not because he was particularly interested in learning about different cultures, other magical communities or go sightseeing, but rather to get a pause, some time to just be himself and have fun. He had great need for this period of peace – the Twickenhams at home had already planned out his future for him. They did this with his approbation – Connor did want to become a Death Eater, and was proud to be the sole inheritor of the Twickenham family businesses: The sheep and wool business, currently led by his grandfather’s brother – this industry had been in the family for over two centuries already - and his grandfather’s own business, a (dark magic) book publishing company. With Connor being the only male in his generation, he would inherit both – including the fortune and the four family estates. With all this responsibility, all this to train and work for, Connor was glad to have a time of peace before beginning these new projects.

In early spring, Connor finally began his Death Eater training, while learning to be second editor in his grandfather's publishing company – to keep up the appearance of the Twickenhams being neutral in the wizarding war.

During spring of the following year, Eleanor brought a man, Reinhold Stettin, to Twickenham Manor. They were an item, and Connor had to say, he was glad to see his mother happy again. Although Robert had done so much to try and replace William, he never was able to take William’s place in Eleanor’s heart – of course not, they were siblings. But Reinhold could, and he did, and Eleanor bloomed to new youth. Due to his Death Eater training, Connor knew Reinhold was another Death Eater, coming from Germany. And slowly, Connor gained more and more information about Reinhold, and became more and more aware of how dangerous this man was. No doubt, he loved Connor’s mother, but... there was this but. Reinhold was gaining more and more space, importance and power in the Twickenham family. He was beginning to throw Edward and Robert off their thrown. He was strict and cold toward Connor himself. All in all, Connor knew not how to treat this man.

And when summer came, in June, the young couple announced their engagement. No one took this piece of information well in the Twickenham family. Robert had been enraged, being replaced like that. Edward was annoyed for not being asked for his daughter's hand in marriage – again, Eleanor had stood up from the family too independently for his taste. When Fanny and Fiona returned from their school year, it was very obvious they did not accept Reinhold as their new daddy as easily, either. Fanny had been spotted by Reinhold for being the weak member in the chain, and had been constantly degraded throughout the summer. And Fiona, just like Connor, worried. They were both worried, not knowing what to make of this man, this intruder. Connor knew not where Reinhold would lead the family. Perhaps to its ruins.

Anya is an adventurous spitfire of a girl. She's into anything dangerous and won't let anyone stand in her way to tell her otherwise. History
Anya is the daughter of Grace Parker and a wizard, however she was raised by her muggle mother. Growing up, she knew very little about her father other than the obvious fact he was a wizard. Grace couldn't remember much else about the male that helped to give her a child, but hoped she one day cross his path again.

Despite the differences between Anya and Grace, the two had a close relationship. Grace taught her daughter everything she could before her daughter was taken away to Hogwarts. At school, Anya was sorted into Gryffindor but failed to find many friends within her house. Nearly everyone else seemed to group off right away, leaving Anya on the outs as she couldn't find any one clique for herself.

Anya's first few years went by pretty quickly. Schoolwork wasn't much of a hindrance and she managed to maintain her bond with her mother throughout the holidays she spent at home. However during her fourth year, Grace discovered she had cancer and died shortly before winter break. This left Anya completely heartbroken and depressed with nowhere to go once the term finished up. Without any other close family to stay with, Anya was sent to stay with a foster family.

Fenrir Greyback has greying hair and a shaggy appearance, his face covered in matted hair and whiskers. Personality
Fenrir, having forsaken his humanity long ago, is driven by his animalistic hedonism. He seems to enjoy the taste of humans, even while in human form, perhaps even to the point of cannibalism. Greyback is also quite greedy.

Unlike most werewolves, Greyback takes advantage of his powers and savagery when transformed, and stations himself near his targets. He enjoys attacking them and specializes in biting children, hoping to infect them and raise them to hate humanity, though sometimes killing them when going overboard. Despite his ideology of thinking werewolves deserve blood, and his attempt to recruit more werewolves for his cause, Greyback would ultimately seem to be just a primal savage who enjoys killing. Greyback's savagery is what differs him from most other werewolves: while most of them bite and infect unintentionally during only their transformed state, Greyback actually goes as far as eat and kill purposely whether in his human or werewolf form.

Being a werewolf, Greyback was not branded with the Dark Mark, despite being invited into the ranks of the Death Eaters and permitted to wear their robes. This may have been because Lord Voldemort was prejudiced against half-breeds as well as Muggles and Muggle-borns. Therefore he would not allow Greyback to become an actual Death Eater, yet he was too valuable of an accomplice not to have in his ranks.

History
Fenrir Greyback's only goal in life was to infect as many people with lycanthropy as possible, in order to create enough werewolves to defeat the wizarding world. Greyback would often purposefully place himself in close proximity with his victims before a full moon to ensure he would attack them after his transformation. One of Greyback's victims included Remus Lupin, whom Greyback attacked when Lupin's father offended him.

At some point either before or during the First Wizarding War, Greyback joined the service of Lord Voldemort. He did not join the Death Eaters because he believed in Voldemort's cause, but because allying himself with them would give him greater access to potential victims. Although considered to be a Death Eater, Greyback was not given the Dark Mark on his forearm. He was also not accepted as a Death Eater, as Voldemort was prejudiced against his lycanthropy.

Greyback was used as a weapon by Voldemort, who would often use the werewolf to intimidate individuals to do his bidding, threatening to send Greyback to attack their children. After Voldemort was presumed killed after his confrontation with the Potters at Godric's Hollow, Greyback was one of the Dark Lord's numerous followers who believed him to be dead and therefore did not make any attempt to find him. With Voldemort's return, he began to gather his old forces to renew his war on the wizarding world. Greyback returned to Voldemort's side.

Throughout the years, Greyback successfully unleashed his reign of terror among many. He was involved in the death of both Ana Brantley and Madeline Barre. He'd attacked the Nevin household and inflicted lycanthropy upon the then young Wyatt Nevin. More recently, Greyback has attacked Conan Connolly and Elizabeth Black on a couple of occasions along with Ruby Laine and Artemis Lupin. After the death of his daughter Analie Corter, he started to let the culprits know he was aware of their act by leaving messages around their residences.

Roleplaying Sample
Hogsmeade. A place that Fenrir wouldn't normally go. But he had a mission after all--to increase the numbers of his pack. And after all, you couldn't only take dark wizards, and His supporters; you had to enslave the ones who wouldn't comply too. The real challenge was trying to find someone who would serve him well. Someone with influence among the community... or someone with the right build for a werewolf so they would be a formidable force. Someone who has skills or connections that could be used. Someone... his blood flowed quickly into his ears. He knew that noise... but what was someone doing here? This was school time, and there was no reason for anyone to be wandering the streets, especially during a time like this. Her body smelled earthy... where was she? She was close, he knew.

History
Shortly before the founding of the Order of Pheonix, Samantha and Caradoc received the news they had a son on the way. Both were extremely elated of the news as they were blissfully unaware of the future that lie ahead. Within a few months, the Order had been founded and the First Wizarding War was officially in full swing. The next few months practically flew by and while Caradoc wanted to spend time with his pregnant wife, the war pulled him away. July came around the corner quickly and Alec was born. Concerned about his child’s life, Caradoc moved Samantha and Alec out of the brunt of the conflict and to a safehouse to where he never returned. Within a week of his son’s death, Caradoc disappeared and his body was never to be found. Samantha was left to raise child by herself with minimal help from her family.

Luckily, the years went by with little tumult and everything went fine for Samantha and Alec. Both were happy and healthy and Samantha had managed to pull through the pain of losing her husband. As Alec got older, Samantha slowly let on why the boy had no father. Alec comprehended and understood, but wanted to try and uphold what his father had been working towards.

After starting Hogwarts, Alec began to learn more about the war and the ever-present dangers within the wizarding world. Despite everything that should have been a huge deterrent, Alec decided he wanted to join the Order once he graduated. He set forth plans for himself, trying to learn as much as he could throughout his years at school and of course helping whomever he could. History
Devin was born to Eileen and Heber Foley, a typical housewife and a member of the Irish Army. With her father always being overseas, Devin rarely saw her father until she became much older leaving her to be raised by only her mother. Early on, Eileen struggled to try and raise her daughter on the small monthly checks, causing for her to be extremely frugal and crafty wherever she could. Not knowing quite how to teach her daughter on her own, especially after the few early on hints of magic, Eileen decided upon sending Devin to a local elementary school.

Up until Devin became of age to begin attending Hogwarts, she continued to go to the local schools and enduring the small bits of taunting and teasing she received for being different. After receiving her letter for Hogwarts, Devin was extremely elated at the idea of getting away and perhaps finally fitting in. And while she never did quite click in with any particular group throughout her years, she did find herself to be at much better ease finding a group that she at least fit with intellectually. It wasn’t until her sixth year however that she found her true calling. She began to excel in her herbology class and took time outside of class to do her own studies. After receiving top grade in her N.E.W.T.s for herbology and potions, Devin made a personal goal to open up a shop after graduation.

However, her plans didn’t exactly work out and she ended up doing a small bit of local modeling as a side job as she worked on collecting enough specimens for her future business. Like most every female in her family and extended family, excluding the Italian side, Bella is tall. Isabella, much like Nico, takes after her mother in look with perpetually olive skin paired with brown eyes and brown hair, both of which are lighter than her younger brother’s.


Personality
Bella was the child that no one was quite sure what to make of her. Her twin was quite well known for her temper while her younger brother was known for his charm and flirtatious ways. That isn’t to say of course that Bella doesn’t have a temper or that she isn’t flirty. During school it wasn’t usually obvious why she was in Gryffindor other than not fitting with any of the other houses. She wasn’t shy by any means, nor was she terribly smart and witty or sly. She was however an avid people watcher and quite a bit more outgoing than her sister. She wasn’t one to get in fights or bounce from lover to lover. Bella was very outgoing and a bit on the audacious side. Most people would be quick to think her shallow because of her beauty, but that isn’t the case either. She is well aware of her appearance and takes pride in it, but takes greater pride in her love for her family and friends. Much unlike her father’s family, Isabella doesn’t care about the pureblood ideals, instead caring about who someone was as a person.


History
Isabella and Kaitlyn were born when Regulus was very young. Being that he was still in the beginning of his school years they spend nearly their entire childhood in Italy with their mother Catarina. The girls had a close bond with their mother and grandmother. Despite not seeing their father outside of his breaks from Hogwarts, he was a good father to them in short years before his death. When Cat was killed by Regulus’ mother in the years following his death, Cat’s mother took over raising the three young children. While Bella and Nico formed a close bond with the grandmother, Kait started becoming more withdrawn and as the years past she developed quite a temper and a dislike for Italy in general. Isabella took an entirely different route. She held a great love for living in Italy and became quite the talkative young woman. She took responsibility for her siblings even when they refused to do so themselves.

When Bella and Kait started at Hogwarts, things weren’t easy starting out even though they were both placed in Gryffindor. The Black surname brought with it a nasty reputation that took them a large section of their first year to start to repair, though Kait maintained her own reputation for getting in fights with anyone that crossed her. They formed a friendship with their cousin Roxanne, followed by Liz a few years later. Kait started up a relationship with Charlie Weasley while Bella really came in to the outgoing and audacious personality she became known for. She continued with her people watching though unlike Niccolo, Bella didn’t want to sleep around nor did she come across too many guys that appealed to her enough that she maintained many working relationships. She noticed Wyatt Nevin before his disappearance from school but never actually got around to talking to him until years after school. Her seventh year resulted in a confused Bella while Kait had her plans to move to Ireland for her budding quidditch career. After graduation Bella remained in Italy, eventually taking up modeling.

After a while Bella started getting sick of having to parade around in skimpy clothing and lingerie so she quit modeling and moved to a small apartment in England with Nico doing the same and living nearby. Quite shortly after she’d moved back Bella ran in to Wyatt while she was out in London. The pair set up a date which resulted in them becoming a couple. Over the next few months quite a bit happened including Nico getting his girlfriend pregnant and Bella dragging Wyatt out in public with intentions of taking him to Italy at some point as well.

Sticking with the general variety that Gideon’s children seemed to have, Nadia’s looks were quite different than most of her sisters’. She stands at 5’11 completely barefoot, though it isn’t entirely uncommon to see her in heels. She’s got a fairly good figure and keeps her body in shape, but has much less curves than Adin even before her sister became a mother. Nadia’s eyes are a combination of violet, blue, grey and hazel paired with blonde hair that was at one point brown before it changed. Her features are a bit sharper as compared to the softer features of her other siblings.


Personality
Nadia is often considered the harshest of the Prewetts. Though she meant well her over protectiveness with Mina didn’t put her in the best light. Nadia is quite a bit more mature than her sisters and cousins and was always far more devoted to the Ravenclaw archetype than they others. Nadia was almost always taking the safe road, unwilling to put herself in harm’s way and to a negative point she was very unwilling to let Mina do anything that Nadia felt might be harmful to her. Years later Nadia regretted being so harsh, especially once she realized the damage it had caused in her relationships with her siblings. Despite this, Nadia is a person that cares deeply for her family and if need be she would fight to protect them.

Appearance
Carmella is the classic girl next door beauty with her blonde hair, blue eyes and sweet smile. At 5’9 Carm is the middle range of the Prewett heights and while she is in good shape Carmella isn’t nearly as toned as her cousin Nadia or her twin sister Artemis. Her skin is always quite a bit lighter than the rest of her family but she’s always felt it works well with the rest of her coloring. Carmella plays on her naturally beauty using minimal make up a large majority of the time.


Personality
A typical Ravenclaw, Carmella always spent a good deal of times surrounded by books, studying and researching. When she wasn’t doing that she’d be spending time around family. While Carmella is generally toned down, she does get the occasional wild streak and is known to enjoy going out with family and friends but it isn’t known to happen often. Generally seeming mousy and bookish Carm always presents a surprise if someone insults her family in any way, an act that brings out quite a temper.

Appearance
Much to her distaste, Roxanne inherited quite a few features from her mother. Her generally fair skin and pitch black hair as well as her grey eye match up with the deranged lunatic she calls a mother. Unlike the other Black females, Rox is slender to go with her 5’8 ½ height, a trait that seems to match more with her Lestrange lineage. Her hair generally sits at her just past her shoulders, long enough to look good but not so long that it would perpetually get in her way. She dislikes having such light skin so she spends time in the sun as often as she can spare.

Personality
To most people, Roxanne Black is a cold, calculating, vindictive and cruel woman. If she has to curse you to save her own skin then she certainly will and she definitely lives up to the Slytherin reputation. If she doesn’t like someone she makes it known but she also knows when opening her mouth could get her in serious trouble. She is extremely intelligent, excellent with magic and good at just about anything she puts her mind to. She knows what she wants and exactly how to get it. To the few people that see the other side of Rox, Rox is a loving person that cares deeply for the ones that she calls family and the others that she comes to care about. For those people, she would stop at nothing to keep them safe and protect them. Despite the caring around the people she likes, Roxanne still shares the same notorious temper that most of the Blacks have. Sticking to the mold, or lack of one, Roxanne's interests have their own grouping that relates to the rest of her Black relatives as well as the ones that aren't quite biologically related but still called family. Where Liz loves researching, Bella fashion, and Kait quidditch, so on and so forth, Roxanne more enjoys helping people in anyway possible using her unique skills. Despite at times appearing seemingly well adjusted, her childhood and the knowledge that her mother had left her with lunatics left Roxanne with deeply rooted abandonment issues and a longing for a family that would love and accept her.

History
As far as Rox knew, her conception was purely accidental and quite possibly the result of a drunken one night stand, though Bellatrix refuses to say exactly what the truth was. Upon her birth, Roxanne was given the name Black and sent off to live family on Bellatrix's mother's side because Bellatrix wanted nothing to do with her little indiscretion. As time passed, Rox became the opposite of what her mother would have wanted. She was loyal and trustworthy to those who earned it, she disagreed with pureblood elitism and all the things the sociopath stood for.

Upon starting Hogwarts, Rox was sorted in to Slytherin but befriended her family that were related via Bellatrix’s cousins. Despite the close friendship with those in other houses, Roxanne was careful to do as she was taught and keep up the façade that she actually agreed with the ideals of the purebloods. When Voldemort was resurrected, Roxanne became of great use to both sides. She herself was sided with the Order who had a greatly important mission for her. She would join in with the Death Eaters, act like her mother and gain trust and power. Unlike other spies, she didn’t pass every bit of information between sides and she was under very strict as to what to say. Her mission of joining Voldemort went off perfectly. Upon everyone seeing the talent she possessed, Bellatrix had a change of heart and claimed the girl, if only for her own betterment. Roxanne did her duties as a Death Eater without batting an eye, if she was ordered to torture she would, though she refused the Dark Mark under the premise that it would make her stand out too much and that she wanted to be able to avoid any sort of suspicion. Using such tactics earned her great favor with the Dark Lord. Her ability to seal off her mind and manipulate memories made it impossible for her cover to be blown, even more so given how few people knew who and what she was. Though she didn’t take pride in acting just as her mother would, though more level headed, Roxanne plays her role perfectly.

On part of her role with the Death Eaters had been indirectly aiding in the Azkaban break out. While she hadn't been at Azkaban she'd played a large part in planning the event and sorting out arrangements before the event. Part of having chosen to be involved had been out of hope that it would bring her closer to her mother though as she found out it did no such thing. As any preconceived notions of her mother diminished, especially when Bellatrix decided to take things in to her own hands as well as trying to kill Roxanne, what little respect for the importance of what she was doing started to diminish as well. Upon her first one on one encounter with Rodolphus, her passion for defeating Voldemort began to return. Not entirely sure why apart from their mutual hatred of Bellatrix, Roxanne decided that she'd help Rodolphus escape the life of a Death Eater once the war was over. It wasn't too long after the encounter that Voldemort revealed during a meeting that Rodolphus' brother Rabastan, whom they'd believed to have been killed during the break out of Azkaban had been Roxanne's father. Now vaguely understanding the slight connection she'd felt with Rodolphus, Roxanne continued planning. Eventually she decided to go to the Lestrange Estate with the intent to talk to her uncle and learn more about her father. It ended up resulting in meeting her uncle's auror girlfriend before Voldemort summoned her. She was surprised but thrilled when she was told about the Horcruxes though she was less than thrilled when she was told the true nature of how she came in to being and that she and Rodolphus would essentially be playing baby-sitter for one of the death eaters that had reportedly died in Azkaban, but Voldemort had deemed worth to protect. Not wanting to go against him, lose favor or possibly expose herself, Roxanne agreed and took the nameless man to Lestrange manor and her uncle. Upon arriving Rodolphus informed her that the man they were supposed be watching was actually her father.

Abby is a thin but curvy female that stands around five foot nine inches tall. She has somewhat tan skin that accents her blue eyes, and long brown hair that shows off her round and youthful face. Abby is always fashionable, keeping up on the newest trends even if it costs her a fortune. She has the word Survivor tattooed on her wrist. When Abby is in her lycanthrope form, she is dusty white in color.

Personality
Abigail is a somewhat shy and soft-spoken girl and it takes her a while to break out of her shell. She can be extremely modest and fails to recognize her own skills and abilities most of the time. And while Abby may have been a Hufflepuff in school and seemed to share similar traits with her fellow housemates, she always found herself to be a little more intelligent, adventurous and protective.

History
Abby's mother, a worker in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures at the Ministry of Magic, married a muggle shortly after she graduated from Hogwarts twenty-some years ago. A few years later, the two welcomed their new baby daughter into the world, causing Therese to put her job on hold for a while. Abigail was raised to know both worlds familiar to her parents: the muggle and the magical. She grew to love both and never understood how some could isolate themselves from one or the other.

Once Abby seemed old enough to somewhat take care of herself, Therese returned to work nearly full time and a few months later, Abby received her letter of invitation from Hogwarts. To this the young girl was ecstatic at the thought of being with other students like her instead of the muggle school she'd been attending. Quickly September rolled around and Abigail was shipped off to school and sorted into Hufflepuff.

Her years seemed to pass by without too much excitement, that was until the summer before her sixth year rolled around. One night while out shopping around Diagon, Abby got separated from her mother and within minutes she was attacked by Fenrir Greyback. From that point forward, her life was changed. She had to hide the fact that she was lycanthrope from nearly everyone she knew, she didn't want to be judged for the one thing she couldn't control in her life.

After graduation, Abigail was relieved school was over and that she no longer had to keep her secret from so many on a nonstop basis. She'd even managed to find herself a job at a muggle boutique, the place she met the father of her unborn son. Abigail was pretty sure she'd found the one, however as time passed the two hit a rough patch in their relationship. Abby discovered she was pregnant, something Nick was okay with, but when she let on the information of being a werewolf, the boy split and was never to be found.

At five months pregnant, Abby was left trying to support herself and her unborn son. Something that became much harder and terrifying than she originally thought. Not only did she barely make enough to support herself, but she had to be extra careful not to harm her baby during shifts and finds herself taking many additional potions beforehand. Luckily, or unluckily depending on how you view it, the man that put her in that position seemed to return. While she was incredibly furious with him at first she grew to tolerate him. He wasn't forgiven but she needed the extra hand.

A couple of short months later on November 9th, Damian White was born.

Abby sat on the stoop outside her apartment building, watching as Nick practically ran off. Here she was thinking she had her life completely planned out, but instead she was left at a complete loss for what to do from here on out. Abby couldn't even gather enough sensical thought to figure out what to do next. Normally, after a situation like this she would end up at a bar somewhere but she had to be more responsible. Abby sat around for what seemed like an hour before standing up and walking to one of the few magical libraries. She needed to read up on what she was in store for.

Personality
Rebecca is an extremely intelligent and caring individual. She’s always eager for the opportunity to learn and dedicated much of her school years to reading textbooks and practicing magic on her own. She is very generous and compassionate. She’ll do anything for her son and centers most of her current life around his well-being.

History
Rebecca is a muggleborn wizard of a businessman and an elementary school teacher. After the news arose that the two would be expecting a child, Janet quit her job to spend all her time with her new daughter after she was born. Her early life went as any other normal muggle child’s would. She attended a local primary school and made friends with many of the neighborhood children. It didn’t take long for Rebecca’s parents to notice she was a tad different from everyone else, but in which aspect they could never quite tell.

At the age of eleven, Rebecca received her letter of invitation to Hogwarts. It was both a confusing and exciting time for the young girl. Not only was she not sure what she was in for, but she was curious to learn about the wizarding world she’d just been invited into. Without too much thought, she eagerly accepted and was shipped away nearly a year later.

Once at school, Rebecca tried to learn as much as she could her first couple of years. She spent much of her free time in the library trying to read as many text books as she could. She made few friends with the other Ravenclaws, but spent very little time with them.

During the Welcoming Feast at the beginning of her fourth year, Rebecca befriended an older classmate. The two grew close through the next couple of months and shortly before the winter break, they began dating. Their relationship progressed rather quickly, but fifteen year old Rebecca wasn’t too bothered by it… even after the digression of her few friends. However the summer after the year had ended, Rebecca found out not only had she been taken advantage of but she was also pregnant. Rebecca spent the rest of the summer hiding the news from her parents, only letting them know about her situation the winter break of the following year and only a month before Aiden was due to be born.

Much to her dislike, Rebecca had to leave school for the rest of term to care for her newborn son before returning for her sixth year. She had to quickly make up for her lost months and spent many evenings with the teachers and in the library doing homework, something that proved to be extremely difficult when her mind was constantly on Aiden. A part of her wished she’d have dropped out of school entirely instead of leaving him home with her parents, but they insisted her education was much more important.

After graduation, Rebecca moved out of her parents’ house and into a small house near Diagon. She secured herself a job doing simple deskwork at the Ministry.

Rebecca carefully pulled her bags down from their overhead racks as she waited for the other students to clear out of the compartments around her. Normally she’d ride the train with a few fellow classmates, but this train ride she wanted to be alone. She had to figure out how she would break the news to her parents. With a hefty sigh, she followed the last few off the train and onto the platform. Each additional step brought her that much closer to her confrontation with her parents.

Personality
Davina is a well-intended girl but she likes to get into mischief. Good and evil are not always black and white in her eyes. She is brave and loyal to the few people she genuinely cares for but if you threaten one of them she shows absolutely no mercy. Although she is generally kind and outgoing she likes to walk on the wild side and can have a bit of an attitude. This part of her personality often leads her to be in nefarious situations. Those who are the closest to her sometimes call her Nelly.

History
Davina and Anthony are fraternal twins left on the stoop of a Scottish orphanage. Growing up without parents caused both Davina and Anthony to depend on each other more than anyone else. Both were accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Anthony is more studious than Davina although both receive good marks. Davina is often scolded by her brother by her lack of enthusiasm for school work
Although, she doesn’t have trouble in school she finds classes unfulfilling and practices many spells on her own. She always listens to her brother because he was the only one who really cared for her growing up with the exception of a few others.
Davina and Anthony live by themselves in an apartment. They can rarely be found at home though since they are constantly vising friends and travelling. They often visit the Burrow since Davina and Ginny became good friends.


Roleplaying Sample

Davina was tired of listening to the lecture so she started looking around the filled but bored class. Draco, who didn’t act any more mature than when he first came to Hogwarts, was sending Harry a nasty little note. It seemed to contain odd shaped characters doing some sort of awkward and embarrassing dance. Behind Draco sat another boy from Slytherin who was actually listening to the professor. It was a first in Davina’s memory of a Slytherin paying attention. Although from different houses she could see a future with this one. It wasn’t because of his apparent concern for what potion cures warts or whatever the teacher was talking about but for his bad boy looks and charm. She didn’t know his name but she had seen him before maybe in another class. But no matter how good the day dreaming was it had to come to end. As the students left the class Davina tracked down her brother.
“Anthony can I see your notes, I want to compare them with mine,” Davina said this with a sly smirk on her face. But when she saw that her brother was about to go into another monologue about paying attention in class she quickly grabbed the notes and disappeared into the crowded hallway.
