I would like to thank the participants that helped pick out some of the year members, characters and such. Even if you didn't send back a reply, thanks for just being part of the site.
For those of you who didn't notice, Erin put in a bit for character anniversaries in the news bar, which is awesome and brings me to some of my own choices for of the year really cool people. That's actually all of you really but to name a few:
Andrea - apart from Erin, myself and my sister she's the member who has been here the longest, been here pretty much since we opened and is I do believe the only one of the original group that never gave us grief.
Katie - Brought in some interesting, and incredibly attractive characters. She's always active and helpful and participates in whatever activities we come up with. First of a handful that gave us active important canon characters! Not to mention the various other members she brought to us.
Renee - Also very helpful and active. I was initially impressed with the very in depth application for Rod and the unique take on him. Likewise with Rab, it takes some creativity to take lunatics and turn them in to awesome characters.
Ashley - Another one of the sort of originals back when most of my characters were still part of bulk accounts and it was a hardship to get people to post let alone stay on the site. It was awesome for my main people to get sibling and a bit more to do and to have someone active at a time when we weren't sure how long the site would last
Ella - Have to admit it worried me to have a Bellatrix when you first joined but you've been fantastic and you picked up a few of the generally important canons. Never know what to expect with you.
Mary-Ann - Gotta love Kenzie, and your little troupe of odd-balls. Always great for a fun thread and for an interesting character.
Jess - It was fantastic to finally get a canon order member, especially since it was Tonks and you did a great job working her to fit what was going on with the site.
Nena - Not going to lie, Fenrir still creeps me the fuck out and Lavender drives me nuts but I love the way you play them and it is great to have them.
Allie - Another part of my not yet official wolf pack and another one of the really interesting original characters that actually stuck around. You grabbing Ron was a godsend, I don't even want to think of the number of Rons we went through before.
To the rest of you who I haven't done as much one-on-one with or anything, I love you all. It will be 4 years this May that this site has been going and the boom of amazing members we have had in the last year and a half has really made the site exceed my expectations of it and I am really grateful for all of you. The number of people that have left the site is probably twice the length of the current members. We've gone through so many people and ideas but now we've reached the point where the ideas are going somewhere and we have people sticking around, participating in what we need them to and helping us out when we need a character here or there.
Now that I'm done going on about how awesome you all are, I'll get on to what you all said were your favorites and least favorites. I'm not throwing in the votes for Erin and I, but thanks for the votes
